Concerning The Repeal Of Laws Under Which The Colorado Department Of Public Health And Environment Regulates Certain Activities Associated With Yellow Grease.

House Bill 10-1125 authorized the Colorado department of public health and environment to regulate certain persons, facilities, and vehicles engaged in the collection, transportation, storage, processing, or disposal of trap grease and yellow grease. The bill repeals the statutory provisions pertaining to yellow grease.
