Concerning Continuation Of The Voluntary Contribution To The Military Family Relief Fund.

The voluntary contribution program, commonly referred to as the tax check-off program, benefiting the military family relief fund (fund)

is scheduled to repeal on January 1, 2017. The bill extends, for 5 years, the period for which the state income tax return forms include a line allowing individual taxpayers to make a voluntary contribution to the fund.
