Concerning relocation of the Colorado student leaders institute from the office of the lieutenant governor to the department of higher education, and, in connection therewith, making and reducing an appropriation.

The Colorado student leaders institute currently exists as a pilot program in the lieutenant governor's office. The bill relocates the institute to the department of higher education without change.
