Concerning Authorization For Golf Cars To Cross State Highways In Order To Use A Local Road As Authorized By A Local Jurisdiction.

Currently, a local authority may authorize the use of golf cars on local roads but not on state highways. The bill allows a local authority to authorize the use of a golf car to cross a state highway at an at-grade crossing to continue to use the local road.
